Success Stories

A recent client from Canberra was looking to purchase a property in Brisbane. Our brief was to find the best House & Land; Land available in the middle ring northern suburbs. Firstly, we scoured the market and sourced an irregular block with what looked like a south-east aspect. For this reason it hadn’t yet sold, but we saw this as an advantage. As such we secured it at a discount of almost $40,000 compared to similarly sized blocks in the estate. A great result for the client. The next step was to find a house that worked on the block. We engaged a design and construct team to modify one of their designs to maximise the north east yard and in addition we managed to get all living areas and Master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms all on the north-east side of the property.

A sensational result with the design of this property. This is something that wouldn’t have been able to be achieved with a standard build. An outstanding result for our clients and really gives the property the best potential for capital and rental growth.
